Visteon plays out another chapter in the crumbling automotive supplier business in the U.S. United Auto Workers
leaders agreed to a major restructuring of the parts maker that will allow them to shed 15 U.S. plants and thousands of
workers. Ford is pulled into the fray and will absorb two plants and will offer buyout packages to up to 5,000 Visteon
