Finally these guys are figuring it out. We want diesels!
Hans Demant, managing director of Adam Opel AG, told Automotive News at the Frankfurt auto show last week that GM’s
next mid-size platform, the Epsilon 2, will allow for vehicles with engines from throughout the world, making GM more
light-footed in its ability to meet demands. One key demand, the article says, is diesel vehicles. As it is now, the
current mid-size platform will not allow for international powertrains.
