A cordless rotary tool is one of those small tools that can handle a surprising number of garage, workshop, and household jobs. Cutting, sanding, grinding, sharpening, cleaning up edges, trimming small material, polishing, and detail work all fall into its wheelhouse. For automotive projects, it can be especially useful for small brackets, interior pieces, rust cleanup, tight-space grinding, and other jobs where a full-size angle grinder or sander would be overkill.
For a limited time, the Dremel 12V Cordless Rotary Tool Kit is on sale at Amazon for just $76. That’s a solid discount from the brand that’s pretty much synonymous with rotary tools, and this model has nearly 2,000 five-star reviews at Amazon. The kit includes the Dremel rotary tool itself and five rotary accessories, giving DIYers, gearheads, hobbyists, and homeowners a compact cordless setup for a wide range of projects
This 12V rotary tool uses a 2.0Ah battery and offers variable speed from 5,000 to 35,000 RPM, giving you complete control for different materials and applications. The ergonomic design has a 360-degree grip zone for comfort and control during longer work sessions, while the brand’s patented EZ Twist nose cap allows fast accessory changes without a wrench. It’s also compatible with other Dremel accessories and attachments, and the LED battery indicator makes it easier to see when it’s time to recharge.
“Very high-quality tool, everything you’d expect from a Dremel,” said one satisfied user. “I would highly recommend this tool for nearly any application, you really do not need [than] a more powerful Dremel.”
Another happy buyer commented, “The battery lasts a long time and charges fast. It comes in a nice case that holds everything you need and then some.”
