2026 BMW i4 Lease Deals Now Available

The BMW i4 continues to define what an electric sport sedan should feel like. It isn’t trying too hard to be futuristic or abstract; it’s still very much a BMW, just electrified. That means confident handling, a driver-focused cockpit, and that unmistakable road feel that keeps enthusiasts coming back. The i4 remains a real alternative to cars like the Tesla Model 3, Polestar 2, and Mercedes EQE, and with the latest lease incentives, it’s even more appealing for those ready to make the switch to electric.

Last month, BMW’s September lease deals already made the i4 a solid value. The base 2025 i4 eDrive40 started at $399 per month for 36 months with $4,999 due at signing, while the all-wheel-drive i4 xDrive40 came in at $429 per month for 36 months with $5,479 due at signing. The range-topping M50, with its 536-horsepower dual-motor setup, was offered at $559 per month for 36 months with $6,389 due at signing. Returning BMW customers could also claim up to $2,000 in Loyalty Credit.

This month, BMW has carried over that aggressive pricing structure for October 2025, keeping things stable but still sweetening the deal for loyal owners.

These offers are available through October 31, 2025, and are based on national pricing published by BMW USA. The numbers are nearly identical to last month’s, with only minor adjustments to due-at-signing amounts for the xDrive40 variant. The high-performance M50 isn’t currently listed in BMW’s national lease offer slate, which could indicate more dealer-specific or regional promotions for that trim.

What to Know Before You Sign

Each offer is structured as a 36-month lease with no security deposit required. The eDrive40 example is calculated using an adjusted capitalized cost of about $45,730 (based on an MSRP of $60,425 including destination and handling), while the xDrive40 offer lists an adjusted cost of $49,850. Both include typical lease credits and dealer contributions. Taxes, title, registration, and fees are additional, and mileage allowances are generally capped at 10,000 miles per year, with excess mileage charged at $0.25 per mile.

As always, actual pricing depends on location, credit approval, and dealer participation. BMW’s loyalty program remains a major perk: returning customers who’ve leased or owned a BMW within the past 12 months can receive up to $2,000 off MSRP, effectively lowering the monthly payment even further.

2026 BMW i4 Highlights

While many EVs lean heavily on tech gimmicks or minimalist design, the i4 stays grounded in BMW’s classic formula, a driver’s car first, an EV second. The updated 2025 model year brings subtle styling tweaks and BMW’s latest iDrive 8.5 infotainment system, which combines a crisp digital gauge cluster and a large curved touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and over-the-air updates come standard.

Performance hasn’t been dialed back either. The eDrive40 delivers 335 horsepower and roughly 300 miles of range, while the xDrive40 adds a second motor for extra traction and slightly less range. For those chasing thrills, the M50 remains the performance hero — 536 horsepower, sub-4-second 0-60 mph time, and still more than 250 miles of range. And despite its coupe-like profile, the hatchback trunk makes it surprisingly practical, offering over 45 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded.

Final Thoughts

In a segment that’s more crowded than ever, the BMW i4 still manages to hit a sweet spot between performance, comfort, and practicality. The fact that BMW has kept the base lease offer at $399/month shows confidence in the i4’s value proposition, and when you factor in the potential $2,000 loyalty credit, it becomes one of the most compelling EV lease options this fall.

If you’re considering an electric sedan with a premium feel and true driver engagement, now’s a smart time to take a closer look before these October 2025 offers expire.
