In September 2025, leasing a RAV4 with a plug is a safe bet
The RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) is both the most powerful and the priciest model in the RAV4 lineup, but Toyota’s current lease offer helps keep it surprisingly attainable. Thanks to $6,500 in TFS Lease Subvention Cash, September shoppers can lease a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid for just $329 per month. The agreement runs for 36 months with 10,000 miles per year included, and customers are responsible for $3,999 due at signing. Taxes, fees, and other dealer charges are not part of the advertised price, though the lease does include two years or 25,000 miles of complimentary scheduled maintenance through ToyotaCare. It’s a well-rounded package that blends performance, efficiency, and value.

You could lease a RAV4 PHEV with no money down, too
We can get a good idea of what a RAV4 PHEV lease with no money down looks like by spreading the $3,999 due at signing across the lease term. Of course, this method isn’t 100% accurate, and for a real $0 down quote, you should go to a Toyota dealership. Spreading the $3,999 across 36 months adds about $111 to the monthly payment and brings the new total to $440 per month. You can also get a good idea of what you’ll pay for a RAV4 PHEV by entering your zip code on the Toyota website. There, you’ll find the most up-to-date RAV4 PHEV deals and incentives. These offers will likely end on September 30, 2025.
More about the Toyota RAV4 PHEV
With an EPA-estimated 42 miles of electric-only range and strong efficiency ratings of 40 mpg city, 36 highway, and 38 combined, the RAV4 PHEV offers genuine efficiency. Its plug-in hybrid system also makes it the most powerful RAV4 available, producing an impressive 302 horsepower. That output helps the SUV accelerate from zero to 60 mph in around 5.4 seconds, according to testing from Car and Driver. While we wouldn’t go so far as to call it an enthusiast’s vehicle, the RAV4 PHEV delivers quick, confident acceleration and plenty of usable power, making it a smart and efficient choice for those who appreciate practicality as a main course — but won’t turn their nose up to some performance on the side.

The RAV4 PHEV is only available in two grades — SE and XSE — and both come well-equipped. The standard SUV comes with LED headlights, 18-inch alloys, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Blind Spot Monitoring, making it pretty well-equipped to handle daily driver duty for anyone not requiring a third row of seats. The top-trim XSE adds 19-inch wheels, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and numerous other goodies. It’s also a $4,000 step up in MSRP, though. We think the SE is more than enough.
Final thoughts
Like last month, the inclusion of the $6,500 TFS Lease Subvention Cash makes the RAV4 PHEV a bit of a no-brainer of a lease. Funny enough, the advertised lease price is nearly identical to the non-plug-in version, so unless you have no access to any sort of charging station, it just makes sense to spring for the RAV4 PHEV. Go get one while you can — there’s no word on how long the Subvention Cash will be available.
