The McLaren GTS can go fast and tour in style
If you want to rip up the asphalt in a luxury touring vehicle that emphasises sportiness, the 2025 McLaren GTS might be for you. Well-equipped and chock full of premium touches, the 2025 GTS oozes speed from every nut and bolt. From its svelte silhouette to its iconic dihedral doors, there’s nothing about the GTS that doesn’t exude “cool.”
Many view McLarens as out-of-reach vehicles for the upper echelon, and while the latter may be true, the former isn’t. We found several 2025 McLaren GTS examples available for lease across the country, all with roughly the same lease terms. McLaren of Newport Beach will let you slide into a 2025 GTS for $20,000 down and $2,422 per month for 36 months with 2,500 miles per year. Further upstate, McLaren of San Francisco has two 2025 McLaren GTS models available for $30,000 down and $2,320 per month for 36 months.

Can you lease a McLaren GTS for zero down at signing?
Though the vehicle is widely available to lease, it’s unlikely a dealership will allow you to leave the lot without putting money down. The dealerships we spoke to said lease terms weren’t negotiable. If you can find a 2025 McLaren GTS lease with no down payment at signing, be aware that your monthly payment will likely increase by 15-25 percent.
2025 McLaren GTS highlights
Under the hood, the 2025 McLaren GTS features a twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 that produces 626 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. That isn’t the most potent powertrain in a luxury touring car, but the McLaren is also much lighter than vehicles from the likes of Bentley and Rolls-Royce and provides launch control to optimize standing acceleration. Even better, its seven-speed automatic transmission means you can worry about stomping on the accelerator – not shifting gears.

Inside, the 2025 GTS is surprisingly subdued yet well-appointed. Sporting Nappa leather seats for both driver and passenger, the center console and dash offer minimal knobs and switches to tinker with. A 7.0-inch portrait-oriented touchscreen and a 10.3-inch digital gauge cluster are the only major tech inside. Behind the mid-engine sits 15 cubic feet of storage, with another five cubic feet of space under the hood.
A hawk-like front fascia meets the road, and two large air intakes sit behind the two doors near the rear tires to keep the vehicle air-cooled and grounded. The roofline rises just enough to accommodate interior headspace, but dips back down to increase aerodynamics. Everything about the 2025 McLaren GTS tells you it’s here to sprint hard, and often, not wow you with luxury.

Final thoughts
While not as luxurious as its competition, the 2025 McLaren GTS is far cooler and much sportier. If you want to be seen on any scene, the GTS will ensure heads turn before you rocket off into the night. For more information, visit the McLaren website.
