Earlier this month,
Morgan announced it was
bringing something new to
Geneva this year. Then it followed up with a
teaser video. And now it's released this rendering, giving us our best look yet at what it has in store.
Though the image is still a little mysterious, there are certain details to be gleaned from what we can see. While the shape clearly mirrors that of the Aero Coupe and Aero SuperSports roadster – including the long hood and old-timey fender curving down along the flank – the roof section and tail end look radically different. Where the existing versions have a sloping fastback roofline, this latest one appears to wear a more abrupt greenhouse with more upright rear glass. Whether that roof is fixed or folding, though, is hard to tell at this point.
The previous teaser suggested a supercharged V8 sits under that elongated hood, but we'll have to wait just a little longer to find out for sure just what will set this latest variant apart from its old-school stablemates.
