When Mini first put the 211-horsepower, JCW-equipped Countryman on video, we were told to "expect the unexpected" while watching the taller, all-wheel-drive MINI make donuts and roostertails in snow and sand with a man on the roof.

Now the next round of "unexpected" fun has arrived, and as you can see above, it involves a human kite. Follow the jump to watch.

Epic would've been him landing BACK ON to the roof of the JCW!

I really want that stunt to have been real, but I have a hard time believing it.

We went almost two weeks without a pointless Mini article. I thought that it was finally over. And then this came up. Oh well, see you in a few days, as free advertising for the most overrated car in the world continues…..

If any part of this is real it's pretty ballsy. Never mind the car stopping, any change in angle by the glider or gust of wind could have sent the glider drilled into the ground and then dragged by the car. Think when you do the airfoil thing with your hand out the car window, the slightest change of your hand up or down causes it to shoot in that direction. That said, I can't stand the interiors on the Minis. They try hard to be cute to the point of distraction.

Anybody ever fly a kite before... its definitely much harder then this. Yeah if there is wind under the wing then the guy will rise up, but there is always, always that small chances that the wind get above the wing and go SMACK DOWN. Totally fake I'll say.
