Pirelli hopes so, having just launched what it believes is the first 30″ passenger tire yet produced (size
315/30R30) at the New York Auto Show last week. Pirelli apparently felt the need to just demolish the competition in a
segment normally known for its already silly obsession with (plus) one-upsmanship. The question is… who makes a
30″ wheel, and what the heck kind of vehicle will fit accomodate such silicon largesse?
