I don’t know how, when, where or why this little gem was filmed, but it made me chuckle more than all of “Talladega Nights” on video. The owner of an early Rambler American station wagon converts to electric power in this black & white parody. I only wish the person who posted this 2-and-a-half-minute video gave more background. It was obviously filmed in the ’60s. Perhaps the EV movement actually started then, and someone with a wry sense of humor launched a counter movement.
