All QUIET on the Chicago front

The Daily Southtown is a local newspaper here in Chicago and we couldn’t resist the typo in the headline of this story on their website. We can’t resist since everyone always points out our mistakes. Anyway, the story itself highlights the fact that Ford has nothing on its plate to debut at the Chicago Auto Show despite a heavy presence in the city as an employer. We’ve checked it out too. Nada, nothing. Mercury on the other hand will have a trio of debuts including the Milan and Mountaineer. We’d almost say Ford is putting an emphasis on their commitment to Mercury by letting it take the stage for itself in Chicago.
