I about died with laughter when I saw the latest VW Jetta ad. If you haven’t seen it, the commercial shows a young man
in a suit, obviously trying to impress his bosses who he is taking to the airport in a dark gray Jetta. The older boss
is in the passenger seat and as the young man tries to make small talk the older exec leans over to “check the scores.”
When he turns on the stereo he is treated to a healthy and loud dose of death metal. He then gives the younger man a
look that says “You’ll never get a promotion or raise you little punk.” Awesome commercial. Maybe the VW magic is
back.
