On Friday, New York State Supreme Court Justice Karen E. Smith earned her place on The O’Reilly Factor by ordering
the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles to renew driver’s licenses for immigrants without valid social security
numbers. The ruling came in response to a suit by The Puerto Rican Legal Defense
and Education Fund, claiming that NY was illegally enforcing US immigration policy. The state
has given driver’s licenses to an estimated 300k illegal immigrants.
