A good work light allows you to get things done safely and efficiently no matter where or when you need to get things done. A great work light is versatile, durable, and affordable — all adjectives that accurately describe the well-reviewed, solar-powered work light that’s half off at Amazon right now.
The Zenndpoon Solar Work Light is on sale for $25 at Amazon, 50% off its normal $50 price tag. This deal is good on the 400W model; a brighter 600W version is available for full price, $70, but we don’t think most non-professionals need the extra wattage.
50% OffThis lamp packs 400 lamp beads into an 11-inch by 8-inch array that’s just 3 inches thick. A quick hold of the power button allows you to dim the light to your preferred level, while another button makes it easy to switch between 7,500K, 4,500K, and 3,500K color temperatures, essentially hospital lights, daylight, and warm light, respectively. It’s powered by a 32,000mAh battery that recharges via USB-C (in about 8 hours) or solar panel (in about 48 hours) and can also be used to charge USB devices. It weighs just 2.66 pounds and comes with a 180-degree folding stand, magnetic dock points, threaded hole for a tripod (sold separately), IP66 waterproof performance, and IK09 impact resistance
One mobile mechanic called this light “a lifesaver for night call-ins” because it’s “bright and shines for hours.” They also appreciated how this “perfect” light was “quick to charge and easy to clean after use.”
Other shoppers variously called this light “very strong,” “easy to use,” and “high-quality.” They reported using it for everything from lighting in the backyard to working remotely to detailing cars in the garage, where some extra light is often essential to doing a good job.
