Anyone in the market for a new tool box is in luck. Even though Black Friday is still more than a week away, Amazon already has popular tool boxes from brands like DeWalt and Craftsman on sale for nearly 40% off.
The retailer just marked down the price on yet another tool box, too, and this option is one of the most cost-effective tool boxes that we’ve come across in the lead-up to Amazon’s Black Friday Deals promotion, which officially starts on Thursday, November 20. The Workpro 16-Inch Tool Box normally sells for $30, but for a limited time, you can purchase one for just $20, a discount of over 30%.

Made from polypropylene resin, this tool box is remarkably rugged and can accommodate up to 33 pounds. At 16 inches long, about 8.5 inches wide, and 8 inches tall, it’s also spacious enough to hold a variety of tools. You shouldn’t encounter any issues fitting something like this Workpro 125-Piece Tool Kit inside, with room to spare. Additionally, the tool box features removable inner trays and a transparent lid with compact storage compartments, providing everything you need to keep it well-organized from the start.
Still, it’s the small details that make this tool box such a wise investment, especially when you consider its low price. It boasts a pair of strong metal latches on the front that keep it securely closed, preventing tools and other parts from ever spilling out. These latches are also surrounded by stiffeners incorporated into the tool box’s design to add strength and stability. There are even anti-slip foot pads on the bottom to stop it from sliding around when you’re reaching for tools in the middle of a project.
“It’s a top-notch, high-quality item,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s extremely durable with plenty of space at a great price.”
“It’s a solid tool box,” another reviewer added. “The size is excellent for holding my most important tools.”
