If you typically only take a few tools with you when working on projects outside of your home, tossing them into a tool box is probably your best bet. However, if you routinely feel like you’re dragging your entire tool collection along for these types of projects, investing in something slightly bigger that fits within a larger tool storage system is an even better idea.
The Craftsman 21-Inch Tradestack System Tool Box is a great example of what we’re talking about, and for a limited time, you can purchase one for a fantastic price at Amazon. The retailer normally sells this tool box for $73, but it has been discounted to only $45.
This tool box, which comes covered in Craftsman’s easily identifiable black and red color scheme, is just over 21 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 12 inches tall. All of this room can set you up with a generous amount of space to store everything from tape measures and screwdrivers in its removable tray, to cordless drills and impact drivers in its expansive bottom compartment. It’s also capable of providing ample protection for your tools, as it’s constructed from a heavy-duty plastic material that is both dust- and water-resistant.
Still, the best part about this tool box is that, while you’re more than welcome to use it on its own, it’s designed to fit within Craftsman’s patented Tradestack System. You can pair it with other storage solutions from this system, such as a rolling unit and a suitcase, to make it incredibly simple to take your tools anywhere with ease.
“I love that it stacks together with my other tool boxes,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s also very sturdy and rugged and has plenty of space to store anything and everything you want.”
“It’s strong and durable,” another shopper wrote. “I especially love the removable shelf for storing smaller items.”
