Spring cleaning and summer projects can create a lot of small cutting jobs around the house, especially once shrubs, branches, hedges, and young trees start growing fast. A cordless mini chainsaw is a handy middle ground between hand pruners and a full-size chainsaw, giving you more cutting power without the weight, noise, or hassle of a larger gas saw. It’s useful for trimming branches, shaping bushes, cleaning up storm debris, cutting small logs, and handling light DIY wood projects around the yard or workshop. It’s also easier to grab for quick jobs when dragging out a bigger saw would feel like overkill.
With this flash deal we found at Walmart, you can get the Vetoper 6-Inch Cordless Mini Chainsaw on sale for just $23. It typically costs $54, so this is a big 57% discount on a mini chainsaw that comes with more than just the saw. The kit includes the 6-inch mini chainsaw, two rechargeable batteries, two 6-inch chains, a carrying bag, a charger, glasses, gloves, a screwdriver, and a user manual. At just 2.5 pounds, it’s designed to be lightweight and easy to use for quick outdoor jobs.
The 6-inch bar gives it enough cutting capacity for thicker branches and small logs, while the upgraded motor is designed for faster, smoother cutting. Having two batteries is a nice bonus because you can keep working longer without stopping to recharge after every small batch of cuts. It also includes a safety lock switch to help prevent accidental starts and a protective baffle to reduce wood chip splash.
This might not be the tool for taking down large trees or heavy-duty cutting, but for pruning, hedge shaping, small firewood cuts, garden cleanup, and everyday yard maintenance, it’s a convenient little saw at a very low price.
One user shared, “It’s perfect for shaping hedges, large bushes, and young trees to promote healthy growth. Having a second battery is extremely convenient and the price makes the whole package a must-have.”
Another buyer said, “This is a great little chainsaw for everyday use for small but tough cutting jobs.”
