Are you routinely riding around in a car without a flashlight in it? You could be asking for trouble. While many people assume they can get away with using their smartphones if they ever find themselves in a bind, this isn’t usually the case. Your phone might not provide enough light if you, say, run out of gas on a pitch-black road and have to walk to the nearest gas station for help.
At the same time, we can’t really blame people for not wanting to spend a small fortune on a flashlight that they’ll probably only pull out during a car-related emergency. But we would also like to point out that Amazon has plenty of quality flashlights for under $20. The Rechoo Rechargeable LED Flashlight is one of them, and if you buy it now, you can obtain it for over 60% off its regular retail price. It typically costs $20 but is on sale for only $7.
66% OffThis flashlight features some impressive specs, especially when you consider how little it costs to get your hands on it. It’s powerful enough to produce up to 2,000 lumens of brightness, and it boasts a beam range of over 600 feet. It also gives you the option to choose from three lighting modes — high, low, and strobe — depending on when, where, and why you need to use it. It even has a cool stepless dimming feature that lets you customize its brightness by holding its main button down.
Furthermore, you shouldn’t have to worry about the flashlight’s high-capacity 4000mAh battery giving out when you need it most. It’s capable of delivering continuous lighting for up to 12 hours. It also has a convenient built-in power indicator, enabling you to keep tabs on how much longer it can stay on before requiring a recharge.
On top of all this, the flashlight is only about 5 inches long and under 0.5 pounds, which should make it simple enough to stash it away in your glove compartment or another part of your car without it taking up too much space. Plus, you can use it for more than just your car. Reviewers have highlighted just how versatile it is.
“This flashlight is perfect for a workshop,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s compact but really bright.”
Another shopper remarked, “It can light up a backyard like a spotlight. It has a very bright beam, and it’s durable and well-made.”
