If you want to get your hands on just about every 1-inch and 2-inch bit that you need to work on cars, take on household repairs, and tackle other home improvement projects, the $35 Makita 100-Piece ImpactX Driver Bit Set is an excellent option. If, however, you’re searching for a slightly more compact and stripped-down bit set that is even more affordable, then you may want to consider going with the Makita 35-Piece ImpactX Driver Bit Set instead.
This Makita 35-piece set includes a wide range of bits that will really come in handy when you’re working in your garage or other parts of your house. Yet, you can buy it for under $30, even when it isn’t listed on sale. The set sells for the low everyday price of only $24 at Amazon, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to get easy access to a bunch of the best bit sizes without breaking the bank.
Top SellerWhen you crack open the case for this Makita bit set, you will find 28 1-inch insert bits, four 2-inch power bits, an insert bit holder, and a pair of 1-3/4-inch nut drivers. Each bit is equipped with a precision-machined tip to provide an ideal fit, ensuring it makes full contact with fasteners and lasts a long time. Each one is also constructed from S2 steel and undergoes an advanced heat-treating process, further enhancing its durability and helping you get the most life possible out of it.
This set’s features don’t end there, either. The case that all these bits come in is also a great value, given the kit’s low price point. It boasts special “bit keepers” that rotate 90 degrees, simplifying the process of removing and replacing bits. It also includes Makita’s innovative XPand storage system, setting you up with a removable cylinder that can hold up to 50 extra bits for added convenience. All of this has made it a must-have for both Makita loyalists and those simply shopping for a comprehensive bit set.
“It’s a great kit for homeowners,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s the perfect complement to my new Makita 18V impact driver.”
Another added, “It’s a high-quality set. Its heavy-duty bits are great for any job.”
