Whether you’re camping out in the middle of nowhere, in the back of a pickup truck, or even just in your own backyard, keeping a bright light close by is essential. Getting caught without one could force you to rummage around in the dark if you need to leave your tent after sundown, potentially putting your safety and well-being at risk.
You shouldn’t bring just any old light along with you, either. Instead, we suggest getting your hands on the Lumdark Rechargeable LED Camping Light, which is currently on sale at Walmart for almost 70% off. It usually retails for $100, but as part of a Walmart flash deal, you can secure it for only $34 and avoid putting yourself in a position where you’re stuck in pitch-black conditions as you camp.
This light resembles the LED garage lights that have become popular in recent years, featuring 330 LEDs across three robust panels. Collectively, they’re capable of producing up to 2,200 lumens of crisp light, and they can also let you choose between 3500K, 4500K, and 6500K light, depending upon how bright you want it to be.
Additionally, you can rotate the light’s panels up to 180 degrees vertically and up to 270 degrees horizontally, allowing you to direct light wherever you want. This light is designed to last for a long time, too, further highlighting how useful it can be for campers, in particular. Its high-capacity battery can keep it working for up to 30 hours.
“It’s a bright, reliable, and long-lasting light,” one reviewer wrote. “I love that it feels solid and durable, but it’s still lightweight enough to carry or hang inside a tent, which makes it a must-have for camping.”
To be clear, though, this light isn’t only for camping. As other reviewers have pointed out, it also doubles as a work light and can even be used during power outages to light up entire rooms in your home. “It’s perfect for camping, but it also comes in handy in the garage or under a car,” one shopper wrote. “It’s worth its weight in gold!”
