One heat wave after another swept across the country over the last few months, and while the 100-degree days are finally in the rearview mirror for most of us, summer seems to be enjoying one last gasp right now. Temperatures are climbing back up into the 80s and 90s in certain parts of the U.S. at the start of October, making it hard to believe that they’ll be back down into the 60s, 50s, and 40s within the next week and possibly even treating some Americans to their first frosts — and first snowfalls?! — of the fall.
Be ready for this dip by grabbing the Ktaxon 24-Inch Tower Space Heater, which normally retails for $114 at Walmart but is currently on sale for $59, thanks to a discount of almost 50%. It’s a must-have for anyone who plans to keep working out in their garage during the colder fall and winter months.
Rare DealStanding just 24 inches tall, this 1500W space heater’s relatively small stature can be deceiving, since it doesn’t initially look large enough to warm even a small garage. However, it features a pair of ceramic heating elements that can quickly warm any room up to 200 square feet. It also has an adjustable thermostat that ranges from 60 to 99 degrees Fahrenheit and oscillates up to 60 degrees, allowing it to distribute heat evenly.
Are you nervous about running a space heater in your garage or another part of your home? You won’t need to be with this one, since it’s equipped with tip-over protection and other advanced safety features to prevent overheating and other complications. It’s also remarkably easy to control, either with the included remote or by downloading its WiFi-enabled app. It even includes a 9-hour timer you can rely on to turn on the space heater automatically at a set time to pre-heat a room.
“It packs an unexpected punch,” one reviewer wrote. “It can turn any room into a total steam bath!”
“We use it in our garage, and it really gives out great heat,” another shopper wrote. “It’s an amazing heater that’s really easy to use, and once it’s turned off, it has a blower that cools it down before it completely shuts down.”
