It isn’t every day that you can buy a brand-new tool released by one of the biggest brands in the industry and get it on sale. But Craftsman just rolled out a new hammer drill that can be yours for under $100 at Amazon, thanks to a limited-time deal.
The Craftsman V20 RP Hammer Drill Kit is one of the latest hammer drills to join the Craftsman collection. In fact, it’s so new that it has only a single Amazon review. Yet you can score a fantastic deal if you buy it now. This hammer drill kit usually costs $139 at Amazon, but it’s currently available for only $99.
Pros
- Compact and lightweight design
- Powerful brushless motor
- Handy built-in LED light
Cons
- No auxiliary handle
- Lacks professional-grade power
- Comes with Craftsman’s smallest battery
In addition to being one of Craftsman’s newest hammer drills, it’s also the most compact option in the brand’s current lineup. It’s about 11 inches long, 3 inches wide, and just under 9 inches tall, and weighs about 2.5 pounds without a battery. Its small stature makes it perfect for those shopping for a hammer drill to use in tight spaces.
This hammer drill also provides impressive power for its size. It’s equipped with a brushless motor that delivers up to 1,900 RPM and provides better performance and longer runtimes than previous Craftsman hammer drills. It also offers a variable-speed trigger and a two-speed transmission, giving you complete control over its power, plus an integrated LED light for enhanced visibility.
And to sweeten the deal even further, you won’t just get a new hammer drill when you order this Craftsman product. You will also receive a Craftsman V20 2Ah Battery, along with a charger and a belt hook to make carrying the tool more convenient.
“It’s an outstanding product,” one reviewer wrote. “It works as promised.”
