With fall officially kicking off, rain and cooler weather are coming fast. Patio cushions, small garden tools, pool accessories, grilling supplies, packages, and other front and backyard essentials all need somewhere to go when the weather starts turning. A weather-resistant outdoor storage box can help keep water off stored items while cutting down on the clutter around patios, balconies, garages, and entryways.
That’s where the Castora Lockable Resin Deck Box comes in, and it’s on sale at Wayfair for $40 right now. It offers 35 gallons of storage space in a compact size measuring 22.0 inches long, 17.0 inches deep, and 20.8 inches tall, making it a good fit for smaller outdoor spaces where a full-size storage bench or big outdoor deck box would be too bulky. The lockable lid is one of the biggest highlights, giving you an easy way to add extra security for items stored outside.
The box is made from resin with UV protection and is listed as weather-resistant, water-resistant, leak-resistant, mold-resistant, and mildew-resistant. That makes it useful for keeping stored items better protected from rain, moisture, fading, and cracking through the fall season and beyond into winter. Built-in side handles make it easier to move around, the flat top has a listed 300-pound weight capacity, and tool-free assembly helps get it set up quickly. For just $40, it’s a solid price on an outdoor storage box that’s lockable and easy to use.
“Perfect addition to our patio,” raved one shopper. “I’m using this as a side table and storage for my seat covers. Super easy to assemble and goes perfectly with my furniture.”
“This is the perfect size for the patio space,” echoed a second happy buyer. “It isn’t too big or too small and will be perfect for my small items needing to be stored in between uses.”
