Most Christmas morning traditions — wearing matching pajamas, lighting the Yule log, and, of course, opening gifts — are magical. Others, such as spending hours putting together said gifts with “some assembly required” stamped on the outside, are most definitely not. Try making this time-honored tradition a little more manageable this year by either asking Santa to stick a top-notch tool set under your Christmas tree or, better yet, investing in one in advance so that you’re all ready to go when the holidays finally arrive.
Amazon has spent the last couple of weeks rolling out deep discounts on tool sets from trusted brands like Craftsman and DeWalt, and the low sale prices just keep coming. The retailer is now selling a Cartman 148-Piece Tool Set, which retails for $40, for only $27, a savings of over 30%.
Cartman 148-Piece Tool Set, $27 (was $40) at Amazon
This comprehensive set comes with all the tools you need to work on cars, make household repairs, and, yes, complete those pesky projects that will no doubt emerge on Christmas morning. When you crack open its case, you will be greeted by a claw hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, several socket and bit sets, a tape measure, and so much more. Each tool in this collection is constructed from carbon steel and heat-treated to offer protection against rust and corrosion while remaining strong and long-lasting.
Still, the real sell here is the amazingly low price Amazon is charging for this set. Even when they go on sale, tool sets from name brands rarely fall below $100. The fact that this one is under $30 makes it an absolute steal and a must-have for anyone looking to buy a reliable tool kit, without busting the holiday budget.
“Coming from a tool snob, this set is an incredible value,” one reviewer wrote. “The steel used to make these tools is impressively hard, and the entire kit is designed to cover as many bases as possible.”
“It has everything you need,” another shopper wrote. “It’s the perfect kit for the house!”
The Cartman 148-Piece Tool Set is 32% off at Amazon. Stop dreading the thought of seeing those three not-so-magical words on the packaging for gifts by ordering this kit today.
