Camping season isn’t over yet, and a better chair can make those late-summer weekends a lot more comfortable. No matter if you’re sitting around a fire, relaxing after a hike, hanging out at the beach, watching kids sports, fishing, tailgating, or just spending a slow evening in the backyard, a reclining camping chair gives you more comfort than a basic folding seat. This one we found on sale at Walmart also has a 6-leg design, which helps with stability on grass, dirt, sand, and uneven campground terrain.
Right now, the Bronzy Reclining Camping Chair is on sale for $40, which is $8 off its usual $48 price tag. That’s not the biggest discount we’ve seen, but it’s still a nice savings on a portable outdoor chair with a reclining backrest, footrest, removable pillow, cup holder, side pocket, carry bag, and listed 330-pound capacity. It adjusts from 90 degrees to 135 degrees, so you can sit upright for eating or talking, then lean back when you’re ready to relax.
Audience FavoriteThe chair is made with a steel frame and Oxford fabric that’s designed to be breathable, durable, wear-resistant, and easy to wipe clean after a day outside. The six legs should make it feel more planted than many standard four-legged camp chairs, especially on uneven ground. It also folds down to 35.5 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 8 inches deep, and weighs 11 pounds, so it’s still portable enough to bring camping, to the beach, to a concert, to a game, or out into the backyard. No tools or assembly are required, and the included storage bag makes it easier to toss in the car with the rest of your outdoor gear.
“Easy to fold and store, making it convenient to carry around,” said one buyer. “Once unfolded, it provides a comfortable reclining position, making it suitable for camping.”
Another shopper commented, “This 6-legged reclining chair was absolutely perfect for our summer camping trip. It folds up surprisingly well, yet provides fantastic stability on uneven campground terrain. Being able to kick my feet up on the footrest after a long day of hiking was exactly what I needed to relax.”
