An electric scooter can be a fun and practical way to get around now that the weather is warming up. It’s useful for short trips around town, cruising through a neighborhood, getting across campus, riding to a friend’s place, or making quick errands without taking the car. It’s also just a nice way to get outside and enjoy the sun when you don’t necessarily want to walk the whole way. For students, commuters, city riders, and anyone who wants a compact ride for warm weather, a foldable electric scooter can make a lot of sense.
With this flash deal at Walmart, you can get the Aovopro Esmax Electric Scooter on sale for just $266, which is over half-off on a foldable adult electric scooter with a 500W motor and 10-inch anti-puncture tires. It has a 14.5Ah battery, front and rear suspension, an electronic brake (plus drum brake setup), LED lighting, and app support through Aovopro or Tuya, both of which are available in the App Store and Google Play.
51% OffThe ride comfort features are what make this scooter worth a closer look. Smaller scooters with hard tires and limited suspension can feel rough on uneven pavement, but this one has 10-inch tires and dual shock absorption to help smooth things out. The foldable design also makes it more practical if you need to carry it into an apartment, office, dorm, or classroom, though its listed 41-pound weight means it’s not exactly feather light.
It supports up to 265 pounds — though some reviewers said they’ve had no issues at higher weight — and measures 47 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 50 inches tall when unfolded. When folded, it measures just 23 inches tall in total, which should make it easier to store in a car trunk, closet, or corner. This might not be the right choice for long commutes or rough off-road riding, but for trips around town, campus cruising, running errands, and sunny weekend rides, it offers a lot for less than $300.
“It’s a very convenient and reliable mode of transportation,” said one happy buyer. “It is well-built and extremely powerful, and the break and acceleration are both smooth. It is a pleasant ride in the open air.”
Another shopper said, “It features a long-lasting battery, charges rapidly, and, most importantly, accelerates rapidly. It is an absolute five-star experience!”
