Fall cleaning has a way of exposing just how much outdoor gear has been shoved into the garage, basement, or side of the house over the past year. Lawn mowers, e-bikes, garden tools, pool toys, patio cushions, seasonal décor, ladders, and yard equipment all need somewhere to go, especially as summer gets closer and you start using more of that gear again. A larger outdoor storage shed can help clear up garage space while keeping bulky items protected and easier to access. It’s also a good option if you’re trying to organize outdoor equipment before the busy stretch of mowing, landscaping, pool days, and backyard projects.
With this deal at Walmart, the Aecojoy 12-Foot by 10-Foot Outdoor Storage Shed is on sale for just $419. It usually costs $690, so this is a big discount on a larger backyard storage shed, and there’s no shipping fee, which is uncommon for storage sheds of this size at Walmart. The shed measures 135 inches long, 127 inches wide, and 78 inches tall, giving you much more room than smaller tool sheds or deck boxes. It also has a double door opening that measures 63 inches tall by 47.3 inches wide, which should make it easier to move in bigger items like lawn mowers, bikes, ladders, snow shovels, garden equipment, and other household gear.
The size is the main selling point here, especially if you need something larger than a compact garden shed but don’t want to spend well over $1,000 on a premium outdoor building. This shed uses thickened galvanized steel panels with a reinforced structure, which is designed to help it hold up outdoors through different weather conditions. The lockable door is useful if you’re storing tools or equipment you don’t want sitting out in the open, while the sloped roof helps prevent water from pooling during rain. It also has air vents for airflow and plastic caps to help cover sharper edges around the structure.
This probably isn’t the best choice if you’re looking for a fully finished workshop or a shed you can heavily customize inside, but for storing lawn equipment, bikes, garden tools, pool toys, and seasonal gear, it offers a lot of space for the price.
One reviewer commented, “This storage shed is very durable and is doing really well at preventing rain. The lockable door ensures that nothing might get stolen or damaged.”
Another satisfied buyer kept it short and sweet, simply saying, “It’s sturdy and goes together easily.”
