Overview
The 2025 Audi A6 Allroad is a luxury midsize crossover wagon that combines Audi’s renowned quattro all-wheel-drive tech and a rare wagon body style in a segment where SUVs have absorbed nearly all the competition. A turbocharged 3.0-liter mild-hybrid V6 drives all four wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The standard height-adjustable adaptive air suspension enables a wide ground clearance range, especially useful when going off the beaten path. Two trims, Premium Plus and Prestige, cover the lineup and should attract buyers who want a wagon’s utility and sedan-like dynamics over the raised floor and blunted handling of a similarly priced crossover SUV.
What’s New for 2025?
The Executive package becomes the standard equipment on the 2025 A6 Allroad across the full lineup, folding previously optional features into both trims. That package adds four-zone automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, power lumbar adjustment for the front passenger, manual rear side window sunshades, dual-pane acoustic glass, and traffic sign recognition.Â
HomeLink garage door buttons move from the center console to the inside rearview mirror, a small but practically useful relocation, and traffic-sign recognition is now standard. The Prestige trim now includes the previously separate Luxury package as standard, gaining individual contour front seats with a massage function, Valcona/Milano leather upholstery, and leather on the dashboard, armrests, and center console.
Exterior
Contrast-painted fenders and body cladding, a model-specific grille, and brushed aluminum roof rails distinguish the A6 Allroad from the standard A6 sedan. The wagon roofline flows nearly flat from the B-pillar rearward, keeping headroom competitive while maintaining a flowing appearance.Â
Standard LED headlights are upgraded to HD matrix-design LED units on the Prestige trim, which also deliver a sharper daytime running light signature. Premium Plus models ride on standard 20-inch alloy wheels, and the optional Black Optic package adds $1,100 to darken the roof rails, window surrounds, and Allroad-specific bumpers for a more subdued look.

Interior
A 10.1-inch upper MMI touchscreen handles infotainment duties, while a lower display manages climate controls, both using haptic feedback instead of physical switches. The 12.3-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus digital instrument cluster is standard on both trims with configurable display modes.Â
Bang & Olufsen supplies a 16-speaker, 705-watt audio system as standard, along with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a wireless charging pad. A panoramic sunroof spanning both rows is standard, and the 40/20/40-split rear seatbacks fold to open access through a powered tailgate.

Price Range and Best Value Trim
The 2025 Audi A6 Allroad’s price range spans $6,100 across two trims. The Premium Plus offers stronger value with nearly a full feature set that includes four-zone climate, ventilated seats, Bang & Olufsen audio, and the 360-degree camera.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- Executive package features now standard across both trims
- Adaptive air suspension adjusts ground clearance from 5.5 to 7.3 inches
- Rear headroom at 39.5 inches leads most segment rivals
Cons
- Only two trim levels limits choice
- Prestige trim’s premium of $6,100 primarily buys seat material upgrades
Verdict
With the Executive and Luxury packages folded into standard equipment, the 2025 A6 Allroad delivers more content at the same price points as the prior year. The absence of complimentary maintenance remains a gap that rivals from Volvo and Mercedes-Benz address, though neither matches the A6 Allroad’s rear-seat packaging or adaptive suspension range.Â
At 25 mpg combined, efficiency is on par with the segment and the Premium Plus trim covers the daily needs of most buyers, making for a value proposition that’s hard to beat. For a buyer unwilling to compromise on build quality or driving composure, the A6 Allroad has no direct domestic competition.
