The 2026 Toyota Tundra in a Nutshell

While it doesn’t sell in the same massive numbers as its American rivals, the Tundra has been a strong product for Toyota since it was introduced way back in 1999. It replaced the T100 over 25 years ago, and the Tundra has been the company’s flagship pickup since then.

Introduced in mid-2021 for the 2022 model year, the new-generation Tundra is the third iteration of the full-size truck. It’s been around for a couple of years now, and has received a series of rolling changes since. There’s not much to report for the 2026 model year, though, save for additional standard equipment.

2026 Toyota Tundra Lease Deals for February

We’ll keep things simple here, as there’s just one trim of the Tundra that’s offered with a lease deal this month. Specifically, it’s the SR5 CrewMax 4WD, so it’s just one above the entry-level model with the longer rear doors.

That specific trim of the Tundra can be leased for $509 for 36 months with $3,999 due at signing. Mileage is limited to 10,000 per year, and it’s an extra $0.15 for every mile beyond that. This offer is available until March 2, 2026.

2026 Toyota Tundra Highlights

There are ten trim levels across the Tundra range, with half of them being hybrid. Prices range from $41,260, all the way to $80,800. The gas range consists of the SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, and 1794 Edition. For hybrids, there are electrified versions of the Limited, Platinum, and 1794 Edition, plus the TRD Pro and Capstone.

2026 model year Tundras now come standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus rear A/C vents for Double Cab body models. A larger 32.2-gallon tank is now fitted to non-hybrid models, along with a new color choice for the TRD Pro and a new leather option for the top-spec Capstone.

Non-hybrid Tundras use a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 with either 358 hp and 406 lb-ft in the base SR, or 389 hp and 407 lb-ft from SR5 and up. Hybrid versions use an identical setup plus an electric motor to boost that rating up to 473 hp and 583 lb-ft of torque.

Final Thoughts

There’s no shortage of Tundra trims to fit every need and every budget. The wide selection of models means there’s a ton of variety, a must in the competitive full-size pickup class. In terms of utility, the Toyota is more than up to the job with strong towing and payload numbers. And if one uses it as a daily driver, they’ll be glad to know that it’s also one of the more comfortable large trucks out there. The big three might dominate sales, but the Tundra is always worth checking out.
