The 2026 Buick Envision in a Nutshell

Interested in the Cadillac XT4 but can’t quite cough up the cash yet? That’s where the Buick Envision comes in. The two models share the same architecture underneath, and both are classified as compact crossovers. The difference is that the Buick offers a junior luxury experience for a lot less than the Cadillac.

Introduced in 2014, there have been two generations of the compact crossover built so far. It received a full model change for the 2021 model year and was subsequently given a facelift for 2024. The Envision is largely carried over this year, with just a new set of color options available.

2026 Buick Envision Lease Deals for January

Buick has a special lease deal for one specific trim of the Envision this month. That’s for the Sport Touring model, and it’s even the all-wheel drive version. It can be leased for $339 for 24 months with $4,229 due at signing. That makes it one of the least expensive models to lease in the entry-level luxury and luxury segment at the moment.

However, that deal comes with an asterisk. The promo is for owners or lessees of any GM product from 2021 and newer. Still, for those who want to keep things within the GM family, this is an option. There is an excess mileage charge of $0.25 per mile over 20,000 miles. Offer is valid until February 2, 2026.

2026 Buick Envision Highlights

Like all Buick models, the Envision is offered in three trims, namely Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir. Its base prices range from $41,000 to $50,700. All Envisions come standard with advanced driver assists, along with a widescreen display, Google built-in, wireless charging and phone connectivity, active noise cancellation, power and heated front seats, and a Bose audio system.

The Sport Touring, the main subject of this lease deal, adds sportier styling inside and out with gloss black highlights on the exterior, plus perforated leather and a flat-bottom steering wheel inside. For the Avenir, it gets a panoramic roof as standard, as well as a hands-free tailgate, quilted leather, heated and ventilated seats, larger alloys, and trim-exclusive design touches.

There’s only one powertrain choice, and that’s a 2.0-liter engine that produces 230 hp and 238 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is an option. There is no hybrid available.

Final Thoughts

There’s no getting around the fact that the Envision sits in no-man’s land, just like the rest of Buick’s range. It’s pricier than the usual compact crossover like RAV4 and CR-V, but costs less than similarly-sized models from BMW and Mercedes. However, its odd position does mean it’s a viable option for those looking in between those price categories, and the Envision delivers enough to satisfy most needs.
