Cadillac looks to continue its EV sales momentum
The Cadillac Lyriq is the luxury brand’s first EV, and it remained Cadillac’s bestselling electric model in the first half of the year. Arriving for the 2023 model year, the Lyriq has quickly become the senior member of a Cadillac EV lineup that also includes the Optiq, Vistiq, Escalade IQ, and the hand-built Celestiq. Among the more mainstream Cadillac EVs, the Lyriq slots between the Optiq and Vistiq in size, offering more room than the compact Optiq but lacking the Vistiq’s third row.

In September, Cadillac aims to continue that momentum by offering qualifying customers a rear-wheel-drive 2025 Lyriq Luxury for as little as $559 per month, with a down payment of $4,769 due at signing. That’s for a 36-month lease with a total allowance of 30,000 miles, breaking down to 10,000 miles per year.
Current owners or lessees of competitor brands will also receive a straight cash incentive of $2,000 toward the lease or purchase of a 2025 Lyriq. The lease offers quoted here don’t include taxes or any other fees that leasing a Cadillac Lyriq may incur ,and may change depending on your area. Offers end September 30, 2025. We recommend entering your zip code into the current offers page on Cadillac’s website to most accurately estimate a payment.

Final thoughts
Cadillac doesn’t have many changes in store for the Lyriq for the 2026 model year, so unless you’re eyeing the new Lyriq-V performance model, you won’t be missing out on anything if you lease a 2025 model today. Leasing also helps you get more car for your budget, as you’re only paying for depreciation rather than the full MSRP, and that can be especially helpful with pricier luxury models like the Lyriq. The Lyriq remains a right-sized SUV with a reasonable electric range, plus a high-quality cabin and excellent suspension tuning that help justify its premium.
