It’s the most SUV you can get from Cadillac
If you need maximum space and maximum luxury, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV is hard to beat. Refreshed for 2025 with updated technology features, this stretched version of the Cadillac Escalade wraps a spacious interior in bold styling. In September, you can lease an Escalade ESV for $1,923 a month (before taxes and fees) for 48 months. That’s with $3,500 down and an annual allowance of 10,000 miles.

Cadillac offers flexible terms, although the low-mileage lease is the cheapest offer this month. You can specify either 12,000 miles or 15,000 miles, but this increases the monthly payment to $1,946 or $2,017, respectively. Cadillac also offers shorter terms of 24, 36, or 39 months, but that also inflates the monthly payment. Remember that all lease rates listed by automakers do not include taxes or any other fees that leasing a given vehicle may incur, and offers may vary by region. We recommend entering your zip code into the current offers page on Cadillac’s website to most accurately estimate a payment.

The ESV is the long-wheelbase version of the Cadillac Escalade. It gets a 13.2-inch wheelbase stretch that primarily benefits third-row legroom and cargo space, while increasing overall length by 15.1 inches to a titanic 227 inches. This makes the ESV the Cadillac equivalent of the Chevrolet Suburban and GMC Yukon XL, as they all share the stretched version of General Motors’s body-on-frame full-size truck platform. Its 6.2-liter V8 is shared with the standard Escalade, generating 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque that’s channeled through a 10-speed automatic transmission to standard rear-wheel drive or optional four-wheel drive.
The Escalade-V performance model is also available in ESV form, although it may get its own set of lease deals. The V-Series model has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 generating 682 hp and 653 lb-ft of torque. Cadillac also has all-electric Escalade IQ and Escalade IQL models, but they’re based on a dedicated EV architecture, sharing only a name with gasoline Escalade models.

Final thoughts
Leasing is a great way to get more car for your money, and that’s especially helpful when considering a new Escalade ESV. Not only has GM applied three price increases this year, but getting the best version requires digging deep into the option list. Lavish features make the Escalade a true rival to the Lincoln Navigator (which is available in its own stretched Navigator L form) and higher trims of European luxury SUVs, but only if you get a well-equipped model. While current lease rates only apply to 2025 models, the Escalade’s refresh for this model year means there likely won’t be many changes for 2026, so there’s no need to wait.
