How's this for a collaboration: Iconic Italian design house Pininfarina is designing a supercar for Emerson Fittipaldi that will also live in PlayStation's Gran Turismo video game series. Called the Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo, the car will debut in March at the Geneva Motor Show.
Pininfarina released a teaser Wednesday showing a huge wing, skinny taillights and a raked roofline. It looks to be a mid-engine car. It's the first one from Fittipaldi Motors, a project spearheaded by the famous driver. He is a two-time Formula One world champion. He also has two Indianapolis 500 wins and a CART series title. German firm HWA, a spinoff of AMG, will handle engineering.
Details are scarce, but a press release says Fittipaldi's "sole mission was to apply all his track knowledge on creating a new experience that will elevate the driving ability of all supercar enthusiasts from around the world."
