Need For Speed fully rebooted at E3

We're not sure it would qualify as "art imitating life imitating art," but following its adaptation for film, Need For Speed is about to reboot the video game franchise that started it all. And here's out best look at the upcoming new game yet.

Following the previous teaser clip released less than a month ago, this latest trailer arrives via E3, the video-game convention otherwise known as the Electronic Entertainment Expo. The graphics look pretty slick, and the action looks set to pack all the cop-chase thrills we've come to expect from the series. Plus anything that features Mustangs, 911s, BMW M4s, Subaru BRZs and various Nissan coupes being chased by black-and-white Ford Crown Vics is sure to get the heart pumping.

The new game also introduces "Five Ways to Play" including Speed, Style, Build, Crew, and Outlaw modes, ensuring there'll be something for everyone. It's set to drop on November 3 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC, with pre-orders kicking off this week.
