The latest Petrolicious video, entitled "Napa Valley Roadsters," features high-def footage of Japanese metal rolling though beautiful California hill country. Specifically, the classic two-liter Datsun Roadster.

Like many of the Petrolicious videos that proceeded it, this is a celebration of the personal connection that one has with an automobile. What's more, it's always heartwarming to see how a mutual interest can bring two complete strangers together, who are now close friends. And finally, who doesn't enjoy watching classic machinery mosey through beautiful scenery?

Check it out for yourself in the video below.

I've been a fan of these for years. I was absolutely fixated on a 1600 model about 20 years ago. I never got it but I still think it's one of the best looking roadsters ever built. Why Nissan doesn't bring this back as a RWD retro-design to compete with the MX5 is a mystery to me.

I have never seen this car before. The sound of it is amazing. The looks are decent.
