Audi TT S-line arrives

Audi has released photos of its S-line package for the new TT coupe. Visually, the S-line is differentiated from its stock bretheren by larger intakes in the front bumper, a carbon-fiber chin spoiler located under the shield grille, a new carbon-fiber rear valance and naturally, the ever-so-subtle S-line badging on the front fenders. Oh, and those seven-spoke wheels? We dig.
As soon as Audi posts a press release, we'll add that text after the jump. For now, enjoy the full suite of pictures.

i'd take the regular G35 over this car. it just doesn't do it with the exterior styling anymore. the old one was so much better.
interior ir beautiful though

I was always a TT fan. But this new design is incredible. Seeing the dark-green/blue TT in the Top gear article actually took my breath away. One day, I'll own this car.

I didn't think the interior could look any nicer, but wow! The detailing/stitching/aluminum trim & overall quality of material looks awesome.

I'm obviously in the minority on this one, but I just don't get it. It's ugly - even in S trim (although the two larger intakes hanging slightly lower than the chin is a nice touch). It's something like a current gen eclipse wiht some crossfire and - dare I say? - last generation ford cougar thrown in as well. That giant front overhang in the profile is a turn off like any big schnoz would be.
I wasn't personally a fan of the previous gen either, but it had loads of character and - even if I didn't care for the design - was far more pleasing to the eye.

You made me dig out the dictionary for the definition of voluptuous - I always though it inferred ample curves (of which I see almost none on this taught little car) but that's not really the case, so maybe you're right - but I still don't get it.

As an owner of a MkI TT I have to say I'm disappointed by the new design detailing... I'm sure the car is quicker than the 1st generation cars and handles better, especially with the aluminum structures in the front.
But the design is too fussy, too convoluted with too many extra lines and creases. The purity of the original Bauhuas-inspired original still trumps the trying-too-hard feeling of the new TT. And the S-line add-ons doesn't fix this... if anything they accentuate the tacked on quality of some of the detailing.

I'm a longtime Audi fan but the new TT, while it looks decently good, lacks the unique details that the 1st gen TT has - particularly in the interior. Overall, it's an underwhelming design for me.

it appears to be missing something very important to me, a clutch, does it come in a manual too?
