Looking for a used F1 car, by chance?

Ah, the used-car classifieds – they’re like crack cocaine for auto enthusiasts. While my budget limits me more to the local Auto Trader, there’s also an online classified page for those looking for retired F1 cars. I’m generally willing to dive into just about any project, but a 1980 Williams that needs a bottom-end rebuild? Yikes – I bet that’d introduce a new level of fear into opening my monthly bank statement. Or how about a 1985 Bennetton rolling chassis? It’s billed as “the perfect club car, easy to set up and maintain.” Pardon me while I work on suspending my disbelief. Admittedly, any of these cars are far cooler than the “deals” that follow me home.
