Future Collectibles

Here’s an interesting piece about which of today’s cars could one day become future collectibles. But even though
some of the vehicles make sense I don’t think any of today’s cars have those limited runs of specialty models that will
make them valuable down the line. The only one here that may be rare is the Mazdaspeed Miata. All the other models will
be mass produced in large numbers or start out at too high a price to be a wise investment. When the SVT Mustangs start
rolling out maybe they’ll be something to garage. But a regular GT? I don’t think so. And perhaps even the special
edition Minis will be sought after but not a standard Cooper S. What do you think will be a future collectible?
