Fisker was on hand to debut their coach built coupe and convertible. Clearly the exterior styling is the most
divisive element of this car. So, let’s get down to it. The Fisker Tramonto, the convertible, is designed around the
Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG. The Fisker Latigo CS, the coupe, is based around the BMW 6-Series convertible. Fisker does a
fine job of designing these two cars, because you really have to look to tell that they have different bones. That is
from the exterior anyway, because the two car’s have completely different interiors. The interiors will give away the
Fiskers’ bloodline, but if you want a fast, exclusive, custom built coupe or convertible, this is one sure fire way to
get that without dealing with poor reliability. You get a performance car built on tested architecture with distinctive
styling. On the styling issue, Fisker’s creations look better in person than they do in photographs. The grill isn’t my
favorite one in autodom, but the rest of the design is beautifully done.
