Caterham has just announced another version it’s Seven sports car called the Superlight that eschews such luxuries previously enjoyed by Caterham owners as a heater, carpet and the windshield. Superfluous items all around if you ask us. Though it’s only sporting a 140-hp, 1.8L Rover engine, it’s Kate Moss-like weight guarantee a 0-to-60 time of less than five seconds for around $40,000. We bet if they lost those bug-eyed headlights they’d save another 10 lbs. easy.
