Have you relied on the Christmas lights you used to decorate your home’s exterior to guide you when taking out the trash throughout the holiday season? Unless you plan to leave these lights up for at least the next few months, you should start looking for a better lighting option, as it’s almost time to take them down and stick them back into storage until next year.
So, what should you do now to defeat the debilitating darkness that defines the dead of winter? Rather than resorting to constantly carrying around a flashlight, consider buying a 2-pack of Wdtpro Outdoor Solar Lights instead. They typically retail for $40, but they’re on sale for only $22 at Amazon, thanks to a 40% discount and a $2.40 on-page coupon.
Each outdoor solar light in this pack features an advanced chip-on-board (COB) array with 150 LEDs. It also offers a high color rendering index (CRI) of over 90, enabling it to create brighter, more vibrant light at night than lower-CRI outdoor solar options. Additionally, it can produce up to 3,500 lumens of cool 7000K light, making it exceptionally bright and capable of illuminating large areas of your home’s exterior.
These outdoor solar lights also offer long-range motion-detection capabilities. Each is equipped with a clever curved sensor design and a 180-degree detection angle, allowing it to detect movements up to 60 feet away. Plus, they boast three intelligent lighting modes — always on, dimmed security, and motion-activated full power — giving you the power to decide how you want to use them based on your household’s needs.
Oh, and the best part? Outside of all the other great features found in these lights, they’re outfitted with glass solar panels that have a 95% conversion rate. As a result, they recharge in 2 to 4 hours and deliver up to 15 hours of runtime on a single charge.
“These lights were easy to install and work great,” one reviewer wrote. “I’m pleased with their brightness, the area they cover, and their motion detection.”
“I was skeptical about how bright they would be at first,” another reviewer wrote. “But now, my yard is more illuminated than the Las Vegas Strip.”
The Wdtpro Outdoor Solar Lights are 45% off at Amazon. Brighten up your driveway, porch, backyard, or another area of your home’s exterior by purchasing a pair today.
