Did you miss out on the $20 tool set that Walmart was offering earlier this week as part of its Black Friday promotion before it sold out? Unfortunately, the retailer doesn’t have any other tool sets on sale at that same price point, but if you’re willing to “splurge” a little, you can still find plenty of excellent options for under $50.
Take the Ktaxon 198-Piece Tool Set, for example. It usually retails for $73, but for a limited time, Walmart is selling it for nearly 40% off. You can order it for only $46 and get your hands on almost twice as many tools as the $20 set offered, making this deal every bit as enticing as that one was.

Available in yellow, this tool set has everything you might need to tackle various household tasks, as well as auto repairs and maintenance. It includes a hammer, an adjustable wrench, several types of pliers, a wire stripper, a utility knife, a saw, a complete screwdriver set, a quick-release ratchet with accompanying drive sockets, a tape measure, a level, and so much more. They all come packaged in a compact carrying case, making them convenient to carry and protecting them from moisture, dust, and general wear and tear.
Speaking of wear and tear, all the tools featured in this comprehensive set are also made of chrome-vanadium steel, making them more durable than you might expect and less likely to break down prematurely. Additionally, they’re ergonomically designed to be remarkably easy to use, requiring little effort on your part.
“I’m really impressed with this tool set!” one reviewer wrote. “The quality of each piece is solid — durable, well-made, and feels like it’s built to last. It has all the essentials I need for everyday repairs and DIY projects around the house.”
Another reviewer chimed in to say that they gave this tool set as a gift, and it went over very well with the recipient. “I bought it for my husband, and he absolutely loves it,” this reviewer wrote. “He brags about it to all his friends.”
