An electric scooter can be a great way to make short trips easier, especially when the weather’s nice and you don’t want to drive everywhere. It’s useful for commuting, campus travel, campground cruising, quick errands, or just riding around town for fun. Compared to a bike, a scooter can be easier to store and more convenient for quick trips. Add in a removable seat and storage basket, and it becomes a lot more practical for carrying a backpack, groceries, small bags, or daily essentials.
Right now at Walmart, you can get the iSinwheel Foldable Electric Scooter on sale for just $220, a 45% discount on a foldable adult electric scooter with a 500W motor, removable seat, and basket. It has a top speed of 19 MPH and a range of 15 to 20 miles per charge. The scooter also supports riders up to 264 pounds and weighs just 38.6 pounds itself, which keeps it portable enough to fold, carry short distances, or store in a trunk, office, apartment, dorm, or camper.
The seat and basket are the biggest reasons this scooter stands out from more basic commuter models. A seated ride can be more comfortable for longer trips, while the basket makes it more useful for errands, camping, and casual transportation around town. The 10-inch pneumatic tires should help smooth out bumps better than smaller solid tires, and the wide deck adds a little more stability while riding. It also has a front disc brake, EABS anti-lock braking system, headlights, and taillights, which are useful for visibility and control.
This might not be the right pick for long commutes, rough trails, or riders who need ultra-light portability, but for short trips, town cruising, camping, and everyday errands, it offers a lot of value for the price.
“This scooter is amazing,” raved one happy buyer. “It can get me to and from work on one single charge.”
Another shopper chimed in, saying, “This is my first scooter, and I’m really enjoying it. It’s just what I needed for camping and commuting around town.”
