If you ever go camping under a full moon, you might not need to worry about bringing along too many flashlights or camping lanterns. The moon may provide just enough light for you to set up a campsite and move around without turning on these types of lights and ruining the mood.
Otherwise, you will definitely need to have camping-ready lights on standby, since it can get incredibly dark out in the wild when the moon isn’t full. The Everbrite Rechargeable LED Camping Lantern certainly fits the bill, and if you order one from Walmart right now, you can save almost 50% off its regular price. This lantern usually sells for $49, but the retailer is offering it for only $25 at the moment.
49% OffMeasuring only about 10.5 inches tall and weighing just under 1.2 pounds, this camping lantern won’t take up too much space in your camping bag or make it heavier than it has to be. At the same time, it has enough power to light an entire campsite with ease. It’s equipped with 20 LED bulbs that deliver up to 1,000 lumens of 360-degree lighting, along with five lighting modes — low, medium, high, eco, and strobe — that give you complete control over its brightness.
This camping lantern also features a built-in 4.4 Ah battery, providing up to 8 hours of light on its lowest setting. Plus, it comes with USB and type-C ports that you can use to charge other devices, making it great for more than just camping.
As many reviewers have pointed out, this camping lantern is also “good for power outages.” It can help illuminate your home and provide a place to recharge essential electronics.
“The place I live in has bad storms, so I lose power a lot, and having this lantern has helped me so much,” one reviewer wrote. “It offers so many different light settings, and it even has a spot to charge your phone.”
“It’s a very practical and useful light,” another reviewer remarked. “It’s awesome at making life more comfortable for people stuck in the dark due to power outages.”
