Have you spent the week stocking up on all the DeWalt power tools on sale at Walmart during the retailer’s Summer Deals event? If not, it runs through Sunday, so you still have some time to take advantage of all the great deals on these tools. Everything from the DeWalt 20V Max XR High-Torque Impact Wrench to the DeWalt 20V Max XR Circular Saw has been marked down, making it the perfect time to add to your stockpile.
While you’re at it, you should also look into tossing a few DeWalt power tool accessories into your cart, as many of them are also on sale. The DeWalt 21-Piece Titanium Drill Bit Set, for example, is currently selling for 40% off its regular retail price. It normally costs $45 at Walmart, but you can buy the set for only $27 right now.
This set features 21 bits that range in size from 1/16-inch to 1/2-inch, including duplicates of several of the most commonly used sizes (1/8-inch, 1/16-inch, and 3/32-inch). They’re all equipped with a titanium coating to reduce friction and minimize wear and tear, making them stronger and longer-lasting than standard drill bits.
These bits are also equipped with pilot point tips specifically designed to allow you to start drilling as soon as they come into contact with a surface. These innovative tips prevent them from moving around and impacting your ability to create clean, accurately positioned holes in wood, metal, and plastic. Additionally, they have flat-sided shanks, which help a drill’s chuck secure them tightly and prevent them from slipping during use.
These drill bits come packaged in a convenient case to keep them organized, too. DeWalt has incorporated its proprietary bit-bar design, enabling you to quickly remove and replace bits as you work. The brand has also made the case remarkably tough and compact enough to fit inside its small and medium-sized ToughCase+ options.
“I’ve had these bits for quite some time now, and they are, hands down, the best and most durable drill bits I’ve ever owned,” one reviewer wrote. “Keep making the good stuff, DeWalt!”
“I bought this set maybe five years ago, and despite heavy usage, they have never needed sharpening and are still my go-to bits,” another shopper added. “They’re well worth the price.”
