Battery and charger combos are some of the most practical upgrades you can make if you rely on cordless tools for projects around the house, in the garage, or out in the yard. A higher-capacity battery can dramatically improve how long you can work without interruptions, while a reliable charger makes sure you are not constantly waiting for tools to power back up. For homeowners, DIYers, and anyone already invested in a cordless tool platform, these bundles often deliver some of the best long-term value, especially when they extend runtime without adding unnecessary bulk.
Right now, the Craftsman V20 4.0Ah Battery and Charger Combo is available for $99 at Lowe’s, a 34% discount off its normal $149 price, and it includes a major bonus. Along with the battery and charger, this deal also comes with a free Craftsman V20 Cordless Reciprocating Saw, making it one of the best tool deals we’ve seen for anyone interested in the Craftsman V20 lineup. That added saw turns this from a simple battery upgrade into a full-blown tool bundle that’s ready to start cutting right out of the box.
The 4.0Ah V20 battery uses premium high-performance cells designed to deliver longer runtime compared to standard batteries, while still maintaining a manageable weight for handheld tools. It features a three-LED state of charge indicator so you can quickly check remaining power before starting a job. The charger and battery are compatible with all Craftsman V20 power tools and outdoor equipment and the charger can recharge compact V20 batteries in about 60 minutes. With no memory effect and minimal self-discharge, the battery is designed to hold its charge between uses, making it just as useful for occasional projects as it is for regular weekend work.
One reviewer noted, “Great upgrade over the standard Craftsman batteries. The 4.0Ah gives me noticeably longer runtime without making my tools too heavy. Charges fairly quickly and holds power well between uses. Perfect for everyday jobs around the house and yard.”
“I love the extra capacity that this battery has,” said another happy buyer. “This works especially well for some of the V20 tools that suck up a lot of power.”
This limited-time deal is only active through January 7, so head over to Lowe’s website today and pick up a Craftsman V20 4.0Ah Battery and Charger for just $99 while you can still snag a free Craftsman V20 Cordless Reciprocating Saw.
