Outdoor storage space always seems to disappear quickly once spring arrives. Between lawn tools, gardening gear, bikes, firewood, seasonal furniture, and small equipment, garages and storage sheds can fill up fast. A portable canopy storage shed can be a good solution when you need extra covered space without paying for a permanent structure. It’s also a smart way to keep frequently used items protected and easier to access, which are both necessities this time of year.
With this deal we found at Target, you can get the Costway 7-Foot by 12-Foot Canopy Storage Shed for only $160, a solid 64% discount from its normal $450 price point. With a footprint measuring 7 feet wide by 12 feet long, and a height of 7.4 feet, it offers useful room for storing tools, small vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, outdoor equipment, and stacked firewood. The zippered front door also makes getting larger items in and out much easier than dealing with a standard tarp setup.
The frame is built from heavy-duty steel with a powder-coated finish designed to resist rust, peeling, and corrosion over time. Strong connection points, multiple metal stakes, and four long support ropes help keep the structure stable once installed. The canopy cover is intended to shield stored items from rain, snow, and sun exposure, which can help extend the life of outdoor gear. Another plus is the easy-assembly design, with buckle-connected poles that simplify setup compared to more complicated shelters. If you need temporary or semi-permanent storage for the warmer months, this kind of covered shelter can be far more convenient than leaving gear exposed to the elements.
“This is really sturdy and easy to put together,” said one happy buyer.
Another shopper also kept it short and sweet, saying, “[It’s] very solid. It keeps the wind and rain out!”
