A reliable camping light is one of those things that proves its worth seemingly every time you use it, whether you’re heading out on summer hikes, fall camping trips, or simply need backup lighting during storm-related power outages. Compact lanterns in particular make it easy to keep hands free, light up an entire tent, or serve as an emergency light source at home. Having a few in reserve is always a good move when planning for the outdoors or unexpected situations. And we found a great deal on a multi-pack at Walmart.
With this flash deal, you can get a 4-pack of the Beeprincess Solar LED Camping Lanterns for just $22. Each lantern is lightweight at just 0.7 pounds, collapsible, and compact enough to pack in a bag or store in a drawer. They’re built from durable ABS plastic with IPX5 waterproofing, making them capable of handling rain or rough use. Dual charging via USB or solar means you’ll have a reliable light source even off-grid, with over 25 hours of runtime on a full charge.
The lanterns output up to 350 lumens, bright enough to light a tent or even a room in a power outage, and can throw light up to 200 meters. The collapsible design doubles as a flashlight when closed and a lantern when opened, while the included handle makes it simple to hang them inside a tent or from a tree. This versatility makes them just as useful for camping and hiking as for emergency kits at home in case the power goes out.
“Awesome light,” said one buyer. “I like how there is a flashlight option and both can be used simultaneously. It’s bright and free to charge with sunlight.”
Another user took them camping, sharing, “These lights work both as a flashlight and a lantern. I just returned from a camping trip and we used these lights every night and they held up just fine.”
