Spring has sprung, and it’s officially e-bike season. It runs off of a 10.4Ah removable lithium-ion battery that can fully charge in just 3 to 4 hours and has a range of up to 60 miles per charge. There’s front suspension for a smoother ride and dual disc brakes for a safer one. The LCD display shows battery, mileage, voltage, speed, and which of the five modes and, on pedal assist mode, five levels of support is currently active. The bike itself is made of a lightweight yet strong aluminum alloy, and the whole thing is independently certified to meet the UL 2849 standard, which means it mitigates fire, explosion, and shock hazards and is legal to ride in the handful of jurisdictions that require that kind of certification.
One shopper called this bike “a joy to ride on the trails.” After 690 miles, it’s also proved itself to be “powerful and dependable,” with performance for the price that makes it a “great deal compared to bikes that cost a lot more.”
