Genesis
The Genesis Motors brand separated from its Hyundai parent company in 2015, after selling a luxury model as the Hyundai Genesis and a larger sedan as the Equus. There is a lot of talent poached from other famous brands working behind the scenes at Genesis, including Luc Donckerwolke from Volkswagen, Albert Biermann from BMW's M Division and Peter Schreyer, who worked at Audi and VW. Genesis currently produces the G80 and G90 sedans, with a smaller G70 sedan and at least one SUV coming soon.
